Reiki helps restore wellness and teaches us how to function better and stay in flow with life. Some of us have a painful pasts and the pain that the body holds on to has a tendency to just sit, this pain may come from childhood, any traumatic experience, creating PTSD, the death of a loved one, a breakup, a divorce or the struggles within a romantic relationship . Grief, sadness, and unhappiness settles in our cellular system and this is where the blocks start to manifest. In time, these blocks can show up as lower back pain, infertility, helplessness, headaches and so on.
How Reiki Serves You:
Reiki is a gentle energy, it helps you feel relaxed and like spring it puts a spring in your step! Reiki can also be used as a preventative, once healing is in motion! Reiki helps you identify anxiety at it’s source, this process sometimes takes some digging but it helps you become more aware of your surroundings, for example: the truth behind your eating habits, your unconscious self-talk, reiki helps us connect to our heart, mind and body and it becomes clear to what you actually need. All and all Reiki helps support and promote your well-being.
Holistic Lifestyle Activities:
Meditation: is a way to allow your heart to speak to your body. The key is to create time for your *self care.
1. Wake up ten minutes early and meditate before getting out of bed
2. Start with five minutes at any time of the day.
3. Listen to a guided meditation as you fall asleep (Lots of videos on Youtube)
Alone Time: Allow your-self to experience ‘alone’ time. offer others their own alone time. It can be scary but trust me … you will thank your self a month from now!!
Nature: Getting outside and connecting to Mother Earth, for me, this brings an authentic *grounding. Nature provides me with clear thought, connection to all that is, creating clarity and ease in my day. Clarity enables us to objectively see ‘the big and the SMALL of it’ your world in a nutshell and out, helping you connect the dots to actively create your life.

Start out slow as you gradually move into a more ‘Holistic Eating Style’ allow yourself to go with the flow and ease into change as you allow your lifestyle to improve!

Kale was one of the most common green vegetable in Europe and was brought to North America in the 16th Century and now, so many varieties to choose from, I believe you will find one to suite your taste buds! Kale is also packed full of Magnesium, magnesium is good for replenishing your bodies needs before, during and after a stressful situation.
Quinoa is high in protein and has 9 necessary vitamins, it cooks quickly and is good both hot and cold! It’s the other perfect ‘super food’
Water is a benefit to the whole body, water helps flush out any unwanted waste accumulated during the day.

Inesha: For me, watching someone grow into 'Them *Self' and vibrate at their highest potential is the most rewarding job around! This is one of the most beautiful aspects of life and I am great-full to the people who have chosen me to help guide their journey, I get to experience their growth first hand … it’s simple - The unfolding of life is truly a gift!
Q: How can people feel safe during this process?
Inesha: Knowing that it is safe for you to find YOU, Your true essence, it is your birth right and sometimes it's an uphill battle but once you've experienced that flow, you'll know you've arrived, let go and trust yourself!
